"I have known katarina phang for 4 years, when i found her i was in a pattern where I got into relationships with abusive men, I had no self esteem and was almost broken. katarina has always been straight talking, she doesnt beat around the bush and her direct and honest aproach with women gets them to where they need to be quicker.

katarina offers hundreds of free advice on her blog, on her facebook groups as well as her youtube videos, she goes above and beyond for the women she helps on a daily basis and has helped thousands of women to not only find loving healthy relationships in the romantic sense, but within their family, friendships, and most importantly with themselves,

since finding kat i have completely changed as a person, i am brimming with self love, self-respect, self-confidence and self belief, following her teachings and applying myself to finding myself and loving myself again has led me to qualify as a counsellor/psychotherapist in the UK, I am also studying life and relationship coaching.

I have also been able to turn my relationship around and am now happy and my partner is happy, before finding kat my relationship was on the verge of ending because of my lack of self love. this woman changes peoples lives, she doesn't just talk the talk, she walks the walk, and her success stories are absolutely true and speak for themselves.

From time to time there are women who are so wounded and scarred who come and join Kat's group, they don't buy her products or seek her advice, they ask for advice in a facebook group where the majority of the women giving advice are also wounded and so it becomes the blind leading the blind.

When they are given advise from some of the long standing members or from Katarina herself in an honest and straightforward way, they become angry and defensive...I mean, no one likes to have to face it that change comes from within right?  The comments on this site trying to discredit Katarina and her work are unfortunately from these women. the ones who want miracles to happen, they want quick fixes, they are hurting and want Katarina to fix them and to get their partner who has left them to come back, when they are told that fixing is a process and actually requires work from oneself, or that there is no absolute guarantee that an ex will come back, this isn't what they want to hear and so, they try to go after the one person trying to help them."

"I find some of these posts humorous bordering on hilarious. They imply that those women who find Katarina’s work very valuable are naïve little kittens, broken women who are easily sucked in and brainwashed by her. Not true. We are not all victims! I’m an educated woman who stumbled upon Katarina’s page on Facebook and I was instantly drawn to her genuine ‘no holes barred’ approach to coaching women. Mind control? No. Katarina’s work beautifully compliments the work of other spiritual teachers (such as Eckhart Tolle) if you truly get where she is coming from. 

As for the claims here of Katarina “berating and beating down women”, abuse and belittlement, this is a gross misinterpretation of what she does, probably by those whose ego’s have been damaged by Katarina’s honest and direct approach. The ‘strong women’ who stand up to Katarina, are they really strong women or simply women who are unable to accept any form of honest criticism? Perhaps they are women who may well be unable to accept that some of their actions in relationships have completely screwed things up for them! 

Katarina’s teachings rely strongly on the clients ability to self reflect; acceptance and then an analytical approach to past mistakes, emotions, reactions are a key necessity. These mistakes that women make in relationships are usually indicative of far deeper long running issues and insecurities. Some of these issues and insecurities can be very painful to acknowledge and fix and I think that’s where a lot of resentment towards her methodology stems from. I for example have had to accept that I have always been an insecure and jealous soul with severe attachment issues and a deep seated fear of loss. This has not been easy but I would never dream of lashing out at Katarina rather than acknowledging my own faults. Those who are unwilling to leave their ego’s at the door on the way in to Katarina’s teachings will never get anywhere. 

So many dating coaches these days are acting a role, Katarina doesn’t do that. She will never blow smoke up a client’s backside and make out that any issues are nothing to do with the actions of a client. How on earth would this ever be helpful? She has a unique approach yes, which is open and direct in its nature. I personally love this and appreciate her honesty. In the past it has made me stop and question my own reactions to situations and we all need to do this to make any kind of valuable progress. 

She is a coach that will not pander to the clients egos. If she thinks you are wrong, she will tell you straight up. Who wants a teacher that always tells you that you’re right and strokes your damaged ego? That is totally unproductive in so many ways! But to call it abuse is totally unjustified. 

The truth is not abuse. I have been a member of Katarina’s pages on Facebook for a long time now, never once have I witnessed any abuse, berating or beating down from her. Only honest feedback. If women can’t handle that then they need to find a different coach. Coming on here and striking back because their egos have been damaged is totally unproductive all round. She is neither dangerous or mentally ill, I don’t think anybody could be further from both of these accusations. She is genuine to herself and others.

She has also never once claimed that there is not such thing as male narcissism. She has simply stated that women have and do accuse men of narcissism in an attempt to justify their own failed relationships. It’s easier than looking inward. This is very true and I have seen it many times in my line of work. 

Personally I have found Katarina’s work incredibly useful. Her ethos of self directed focus is incredibly powerful. From facing my demons and fixing them I have reached a state of being which is free of anxiety and stress. This is not easy though, it’s bloody hard and requires clients to be truly honest with themselves, humble, self critical and willing to change. I personally have had wonderful results from her teachings. My outlook on life has changed, I am incredibly happy and my relationships with men have turned around. And yes, I now have my ex partner back in my life and we are very happy with one another. This would never have happened if Katarina’s methods hadn’t helped me to sort my own sh*t out! It’s never about the man because only we can be our own source of happiness. It’s about us not them. 

And that happened after spending ridiculous amounts of money on another dating coach who seemed to repeat the same stuff on every module. 

I’d be very interested in seeing evidence of this abuse. Is it really abuse or is it her holding up a mirror to your own insecurities?

"I met Katarina personally in 2017 at her home retreat. She is not narcissistic or sociopathic. Those are strong accusations and completely false. Her posts and comments on her Facebook groups are usually blunt and straightforward. Many may interpret that as rudeness but in no way is it appropriate to label her a narcissist. My life has improved so very much after the retreat. I later purchased her ebook and joined her groups on Facebook. The amount of wisdom and guidance that I personally gained and am gaining daily cannot be put into words.

I made friends, created amazing memories and adventures and grown as a person by leaps and bounds. I continue to create amazing adventures and make new friends all thanks to my decision to meet Katarina at her retreat. One of the best things I ever did. Her teachings saved and continue to save me from depression and anxiety. I now easily navigate the treacherous waters of dating thanks to her Facebook groups and classes that she holds.
